Italy
Italy is a place that captured my heart even before I saw it in person. Its history and culture are absolutely amazing, close to miraculous. You can see God in everything Italy is and does: its architecture, its historical vestiges, its weather and its people.
It is truly a land blessed by God, which leaves the adults and the children in awe. I’ve seen a lot of villages and small and big cities in Italy but it never seams enough. Also because not one is like the other, they have their own history, and famous local people, and their own festivals. With their flag days competitions, and their history re-enactments, with their celebrating every little milestone of the year: the sowing and the reaping, this Saint or that Saint and all the important days in the Bible. Italians seam to be one of the few remaining people in developed world who did not forget to be grateful to their forefathers and to honor their history and God.
Greece
Greece was my first unexpected love – the first country I traveled to beyond the boundaries of my own. Its history and myths weave a tapestry so surprising it feels like breathing the air of the gods of old. The sun bathes everything in a golden glow, and the air carries a scent of wild thyme, sea salt, and ancient olive groves, whispering of eternity. You sense the divine in Greece’s rugged cliffs, its azure waters, its weathered temples, and its warm, spirited people. Only once have I ever felt this kind of “divine intervention” – in Sicily.
It’s a land where God seems to linger, blessing every island and mountain with a radiance that leaves hearts, young and old, spellbound. I’ve wandered through many villages and cities, from quaint hillside hamlets to vibrant coastal towns, yet each feels like a new chapter of an ancient story. Every place has its own legends, its own heroes, its own ancient ruins telling stories of struggle, and courage and living with intensity. Greeks, with their zest for life, remain among the few who still keep an almost humble reverence to the gift of Life!
Switzerland

From the thrilling toboggan runs and alpine coasters to the serene lakeside beaches and charming mountain villages, there’s something for everyone, young or old, to enjoy. Kids will be captivated by the grandeur of historic castles and the thrill of zip-lining through the Alps, while parents can indulge in the country’s world-famous chocolates and wines. With its well-preserved medieval towns and stunning natural landscapes, Switzerland offers a unique blend of cultural and outdoor experiences that will create lasting memories for the whole family.
